- Local Storage: We store your keyboard layout preferences locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
- Feedback You Send Us: If you use the "Tell us" form at the bottom of a page, we receive your message, the address of the page you were on, the keyboard you had selected, your browser's user agent, and your email address if you choose to give one. It reaches us by email through Resend. We use it only to answer you and fix the problem, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Nothing you typed in a keyboard is attached.
What We Don't Collect
We want to be clear about what we don't do:
- We do not record or store anything you type
- We do not require account registration
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not collect personally identifiable information directly, except an email address you choose to give us with feedback
Note: While we use Google AdSense which may set advertising cookies, we ourselves do not directly collect or store your personal information.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Umami, two privacy-focused analytics services that count page views. Unlike traditional analytics:
- No cookies are set on your device
- No personal data is collected
- No cross-site tracking occurs
- Data is anonymized and aggregated
